Dear USF Community,
ITS will perform maintenance to update the Banner database and applications from 10 p.m. on Saturday, Apr. 6 to 4 a.m. on Sunday, Apr. 7.
During this maintenance, the Banner applications and database will be unavailable, including: Banner Student, including Student Self-Service and Faculty and Advisor Self-Service Banner Finance, including Finance Self-Service Banner Enterprise Job Scheduler by Automic (UC4) Ellucian DegreeWorks Business Intelligence (ODS)
In addition, applications using the Banner database will experience a disruption in data feeds, including: Axiom Elite Automic Banner Agent Banner Document Management/AppXtender Banner ePrint Banner Integration for eProcurement Banner Operational Data Store (ODS) College Board IM Needs Analysis Evisions Form Fusion Evisions Intellecheck
The impact and required restart include all applications supported by Ellucian Managed Cloud and ancillary systems supported by USF.
